Runs where your business is
Telos does not need the internet for your daily work. On one computer it runs by itself, with its database encrypted on the disk. When several people work at the same time, one server in your shop serves the desktop app over your own network. Which of the two you use depends on your package; Plans and Deployment give the details.
What the online account is for
Your account on this website holds your licence keys, your billing, the desktop downloads and your AI credits. On the Business and Distribution packages it also holds your cloud backup. Your daily records live on your own computer or server. The account does not run your sales or your stock.
Made for Afghanistan, not translated for it
- Three languages, right-to-left. The whole app reads in Dari, Pashto or English, and the layout turns right-to-left with the text.
- Solar Hijri dates. Documents and reports follow the calendar you choose, Solar Hijri or Gregorian.
- Afghani and other currencies. Each document keeps its own currency, and when it uses a foreign currency the exchange rate is fixed on that document the day it is made. A later rate change never rewrites an old invoice.
- Sarafi and hawala accounts. Cash boxes, bank accounts, sarafi accounts and mobile-money wallets are all accounts in Treasury. When you change money between them you enter the two amounts you counted, and Telos works out the rate.
Rates are entered by you; Telos does not pull a live rate from the internet.

An audit trail you can trust
Every change to your records is written to the audit log in the same step. The log can only be added to, and each entry is linked to the one before it, so a quiet edit shows up as a broken link. The technology page explains how this works.
Ask AI prepares the work and waits for you
Ask AI opens in a panel beside the page you are working on. You ask in plain words, by typing or by voice in Dari, Pashto or English, and it answers with tables and charts from your own records. It can also prepare work for you: a draft purchase order, a payment reminder, a price change. These go to an inbox of suggestions, and nothing is posted until a person approves it. Approval runs the normal Telos screen logic as that person, with their own permissions, and is written to the audit log.
Ask AI reads your business records only after an Owner or Admin switches that on. It needs the internet and prepaid AI credits from your account. Details are on the Ask AI page.
What happens when you start
You sign up on this website and choose a package. You get a 30-day trial of that package, with the features and the number of stations that package includes. You download the desktop app from Downloads, sign in, activate it with your licence key, and the first-run wizard sets up your company. Getting started walks through the first week.
When the trial ends you choose how to pay: monthly, yearly, or once. A one-time purchase keeps working for good; after the first twelve months, only updates and support need renewing. Prices are on Plans.
