These terms govern your use of Telos. By creating an account or installing the desktop application, you agree to them. They are written to be readable; if a clause is unclear, write to legal@telos.lazuli.af and we will explain.
1. Service
Telos is a customizable SME ERP that adapts to many industries through configurable industry packs (pharmaceutical distribution in v1; spare-parts, supermarket, and general-retail packs are planned). We provide it under a paid subscription. Pricing per plan is published at /plans and is in AFN unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Trial
A 30-day free trial is available on any package. The trial runs on the package you choose and includes exactly what that package includes — no more and no less. No card is required during the trial. Your data is preserved if you upgrade; it is exported and removed within 30 days if you choose not to.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your credentials secret. Enable MFA on admin and finance roles.
- Comply with applicable Afghan law, including controlled-substance handling.
- Do not attempt to bypass licence checks or audit-log integrity.
4. Our responsibilities
- We will keep online-plan uptime at or above 99.5%, measured monthly.
- We will publish security advisories within 72 hours of discovery.
- We will not access your operational data without explicit support consent.
5. Data ownership
You own your data. We provide an export at any time without charge. We do not use your data to train models or improve the product unless you explicitly opt in.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We will return your data on termination and delete our copies after a 30-day grace period.
7. Liability
Our liability under this agreement is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for losses arising from regulatory action, supply-chain disruption, or network outages outside our control.
8. Changes to these terms
We will give 30 days' written notice before material changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
