What changes after Telos

≥ 30%

Less write-off of dated stock

See what will go stale while you can still sell it — not after it is already a loss.

< 2 min

A complete stock trail

Follow an item from goods receipt to the last customer on one ledger — not a week of paper.

≥ 15%

Lower days-sales-outstanding

AR aging surfaces overdue invoices the day they tip — not the week the customer pays late.

Modules

Ten modules. Four industry packs. One coherent system.

Each module owns its data and exposes it through a service. Cross-module access goes through events — never tables. The result is software you can grow into without it growing tangled.

Sales & distribution

Counter sales, customer orders, invoices, delivery notes, customer payments, and returns. The credit limit is checked before an invoice is raised, not after. A4 and 80mm thermal print templates.

View module

Procurement

Purchase orders in any currency, goods receipt against the order, supplier invoices with three-way matching, supplier payments, returns, and debit notes. Landed cost rolls up with the FX rate fixed at receipt.

View module

Inventory

Stock by warehouse, zone, and bin on an append-only movement ledger. Transfers, picking, cycle counts, adjustments, and quarantine — every move keeps its reason and its author.

View module

Finance & accounting

A real general ledger — chart of accounts, journals, periods, trial balance — alongside AR and AP aging, cash position and treasury, bank statement import and reconciliation, tax codes, expense vouchers, and dated exchange rates.

View module

HR & payroll

The employee lifecycle end to end. Departments and positions, attendance, rosters and overtime, leave with balances, payroll runs and payslips, staff loans with recovery, appraisals, assigned assets, and separation.

View module

Projects

Plan, staff, cost, and bill work that runs over months. Phases and tasks, a team, timesheets that drive costing, versioned budgets tracked against actuals, project expenses, change orders, and billing by time-and-materials, fixed price, or milestone.

View module

Master data

One catalogue behind every module — products with units and barcodes, customers with credit limits and payment terms, suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses down to zone and bin, price lists, currencies, and the public-holiday calendar. Bulk CSV import for every entity.

View module

Documents

Gapless document numbering per prefix, year, and branch, allocated inside the transaction rather than from a database sequence. A print template for each document type, and a verification screen that confirms a printed document came from your system.

View module

Reports, KPIs & notifications

An operational report catalogue filtered by your role — stock and valuation, sales and purchasing registers, receivables and payables aging, ledger and financial statements, HR and project reports. Run, filter, export to CSV, or schedule for delivery. Plus the notification inbox, per-user preferences, and an SMS gateway.

View module

Users, roles & audit

Permissions declared at every endpoint, generated from a single matrix, and enforced on both runtimes. Roles you compose yourself, record visibility per branch or warehouse, MFA on sensitive roles, and an append-only audit log with a hash chain verified daily.

Deployment

Pick the shape that matches your premises.

Same code, three runtimes. Move between them as your operation grows — your data and licenses come with you.

Single PC

Standalone

Flutter desktop on Windows, macOS, or Linux. SQLCipher encrypted database on disk. No server. No JVM. The Dart domain library runs stock allocation, money math, FX, calendar conversion, document numbering, and the audit chain in-process.

Multi-station

Local LAN server

Spring Boot on a customer LAN host. PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO behind nginx. Flutter desktop clients connect over HTTPS. Survives internet outages and supports as many concurrent stations as you have desks.

Vendor-operated

Online server

We run the Spring Boot stack for you in regional cloud (UAE, India, or Türkiye). Account management, license verification, encrypted backup, master-data updates, cross-device sync, and desktop auto-update.

Localization

Trilingual, with Solar Hijri at its core.

Dari, Pashto, English. Solar Hijri and Gregorian dual-rendered on every screen and every printed document. Latin digits used throughout — even in RTL prose — so columns of money align correctly.

  • Dari, Pashto, English — full UI and printed documents
  • Solar Hijri + Gregorian dual rendering
  • AFN, USD, INR, PKR with FX snapshots per transaction
Principles

Why we built it this way

Calm, dignified, capable

No glow. No gradients. No animated dashboards. Telos is meant to be used eight hours a day at a counter, in a warehouse, in an office.

Every mutation logged

Append-only audit log with a verified hash chain. When stock or money moves, the system records who, what, when — and proves the record has not been tampered with.

Offline by default

Standalone mode runs without an internet connection at all. LAN mode survives outages on the warehouse floor. Connectivity is a mode, not a requirement.

Built from a locked design system

Two implementations of the same domain rules — Dart and Java — kept identical by a shared test-vector suite. No drift. No surprises.

Ready when you are.

Start a 30-day free trial on any plan. No card required. Move from standalone to LAN to online without re-implementing anything.
