One shared core, one pack for your trade

How packs work

The core of Telos is the same for everyone: sales, purchasing, stock, accounts, reports, people and permissions, with the audit log and the three languages. An industry pack sits on top of the core. It switches on extra screens, fields and rules for one trade, and it does not change how the core works.

An Owner or Admin turns a pack on in Settings. A pack that is on is never switched off by a change of package, and switching to another pack keeps your data.

Pharma

The flagship pack, for distributors, wholesalers and pharmacies.

• Batch numbers with manufacture and expiry dates, kept through receipts, transfers, sales and returns
• Stock allocated first-expiry-first-out (FEFO), so the oldest valid batch sells first and expired or quarantined stock never does
• An expiry dashboard with bands up to 180 days, and one-click quarantine
• Recalls that trace a batch to the customers who received it
• Registration records with the Ministry of Public Health and expiry alerts, a hash-chained ledger for controlled substances, and cold-chain zones enforced at putaway and at sale

Spare-Parts

For dealers and importers who sell parts by vehicle.

• A list of vehicles by make, model, engine variant and year range, and a "fits these vehicles" link from each part
• VIN lookup: enter a 17-character VIN and Telos suggests matching vehicles from your own list
• Search by OEM or manufacturer part number in every product search
• Serial numbers with a status from stock to sold or returned, reserved on a sales order and marked sold on the invoice
• Warranty terms on each sold serial, with a notice when a warranty is about to end

Supermarket

For shops that sell at a barcode counter.

• Barcode checkout with split payment, change, refunds, and X and Z shift reports
• Goods sold by weight, using the EAN-13 labels that scales print, with the weight or the price encoded
• Promotions: percentage, multi-buy, quantity break and fixed total, each with start and end dates
• Perishables: markdowns on the oldest lot and write-off of expired or damaged stock
• Loyalty points that post to the ledger as a liability, so the books show what you owe members
• Receipt printers and cash drawers over ESC/POS, with Dari and Pashto receipts

General-Retail, and how many packs you get

General-Retail is not available yet. It is listed as coming soon and cannot be switched on. See General-Retail.

How many packs you can have on depends on your package: Dukan and Business include one pack, and Distribution and Group include every pack that has shipped. On a one-pack package, switching to another pack turns the first one off and keeps its data. Check Plans for what each package contains.
